So how Does an E-book Work, Exactly?

An e-book is an electronic book such as:

An e-book doesn’t come in a box delivered to your door. E-books get to you WAY faster than the UPS guy.

You can download the e-book and it’s saved on your computer. Just remember where you put it… Saving it on your computer means you can print off a copy to read, or you can read the e-book on your computer moniter.

E-books are often in Adobe .pdf (portable file document) format. If you don’t have Adobe reader on your computer, it’s free to download here.

If you’re not sure how to download, here are a few pointers:

Just click on the “Download Now” link.

RIGHT click (meaning click the right button on your mouse) to save it.

A box will pop up and you will pick where you want the e-book file to go. We usually pick desktop, since that’s easiest to find.

Wait for the download to finish.

Double click the left mouse button this time and your .pdf file will open.

You can now read any pdf file that comes your way!
